Are steroids responsible for largest arms in world?

Moustafa Ismail, an Egyptian bodybuilder, has the largest arms in the world. His name was recorded in the Guinness book of the world records. This guy claims that his large biceps are natural. The bodybuilder claims that he has the largest biceps in the world because he has too strict diets and trainings. The bodybuilder eats chickens, almonds and fish each day. Moustafa Ismail also consumes much water and protein shakes.
However it is obvious that diets and trainings play great role, a lot of people doubt about natural arms of Moustafa Ismail. It is difficult to believe that suitable trainings and nutrition can lead to such enhancement in arms. Which factors are responsible for the massive arms of the Egyptian bodybuilder?
When it was announced that Moustafa Ismail’s arms were 32 inches, accusations linked with application of steroids appeared soon. Certain individuals suppose that steroids are responsible for the large arms of this person. What did the Egyptian bodybuilder say about application administration of anabolic steroids? He claimed that he had administered steroids while living in Egypt. Purchase and intake of these drugs are legal under laws of this country. These preparations are getable at any drug store in Egypt. Furthermore, anabolic steroids are cheap there. But Moustafa Ismail affirmed that he had to stop using these drugs, when he moved to the USA. It is know that purchase and application of these preparations without a prescription are claimed to be illicit under laws of the US. These products are bought on the black market by those that administer them in the US illegally. Thus, Moustafa Ismail discontinued taking these products after he moved to the USA.
But if even Moustafa Ismail applies steroids, it doesn’t matter because these medications don’t increase arms. They are not responsible for the bodybuilder’s large arms.
There are other remedies which can enhance arms. They are called “site enhancement oils” (SEO). Synthol is one of the most frequently taken SEO. This product is applied by bodybuilders. It is administered in order to enhance muscles in circumference. So, it is supposed that Moustafa Ismail applies Synthol. However, Moustafa Ismail claims that he doesn’t take this remedy.
Moustafa Ismail notes that he is hurt by accusations linked with anabolic steroids and Synthol. He has been subjected to examination conducted by an independent doctor that hasn’t found  any abnormality in the arms of this person. Thus, it is not clear whether the bodybuilder’s arms are natural or not.
