Nobody can contest competence of Tennessee health officials

The meningitis outbreak caused by tainted epidural steroid injections could have been avoided. But since the FDA didn’t utilize its authority for this goal suitably, more than 500 individuals were contaminated with this disease and 39 recipients of the injections died.
